Courier & Shipping Policy

We offer multiple courier options at checkout. Available courier options may include Delhivery, India Post, or other courier partners depending on your location.

  • Some courier services provide detailed tracking and delivery updates.
  • Some low-cost courier options may have limited tracking or support.
  • Once the order is dispatched from our side, the shipment responsibility is transferred to the courier service and customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer not available at delivery time, the customer must pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatch.

Important Delivery Guidelines

Please follow the below guidelines to avoid delivery issues:

  • Provide complete and correct shipping address.
  • Provide correct mobile number.
  • Attend delivery calls from courier office or delivery staff.
  • Track your parcel regularly using the tracking ID sent by email or WhatsApp.
  • If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges must be paid again.

We do not operate our own logistics service. We depend on third-party courier services, so delivery after dispatch is the responsibility of the courier company and customer coordination.

Delivery to some locations (North, West, or East India) may take longer as shipments are dispatched from our location in South India.

Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds once the order is shipped.

Refund or replacement will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the package

Unboxing Video Mandatory

An unboxing video is compulsory for any complaints or claims.

Unboxing video rules:

  • The video must show the parcel clearly from all sides before opening (360° view).
  • The video must be continuous.
  • No cuts, no edits, no pause.
  • Without unboxing video, we will not be able to process refund or replacement.

Replacement Policy

Replacement will be processed only after verifying the complaint and proof submitted by the customer. Replacement processing time may take 3–7 business days.
