Shipping Partners

We ship orders through India Post, Delhivery, and other available courier services depending on your location.

Delhivery may be used for faster delivery in selected locations.
India Post is used for most locations across India.
We use third-party courier services and do not operate our own logistics network.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

Tamil Nadu: 2–4 days
South India: 3–5 days
Other States: 4–10 days
Remote Areas: 5–12 days

Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to weather, traffic, holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. In some cases, we may offer flat shipping charges or free shipping offers.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer not available during delivery, the customer must pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatch.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide:

Full and correct address
Correct PIN code
Valid mobile number

After placing the order, please stay alert for delivery calls from the courier or postman.

If the parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or delivery failure, re-shipping charges must be paid again.

Please note that once the order is dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the tracking ID provided.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and tracking link.

Customers must regularly track their parcel to avoid missing the delivery.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

Unboxing video is mandatory for any complaints regarding:

Damaged product
Wrong product
Missing items

Unboxing video rules:

Show parcel clearly from all sides (360°) before opening
Video must be continuous
No cuts, edits, or trimming
Without unboxing video, complaints will not be accepted

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, traffic, or public holidays. We are not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.
